Morristown NJ to NJ Transit's Meadowlands Maintenance Center and return.

Dominion Rail Voyages was a co-sponsor of the Railroad Passenger Car Alliance's 2005 annual conference, which was hosted by the Morristown & Erie Railway in Morristown, NJ. MOUNT VERNON was one of the cars participating in the Friday night car party at Whippany. On Saturday, Morristown & Erie Railway assembled a special train of seven private cars, powered by a pair of their FL-9 locomotives, to transport conference participants from Morristown to New Jersey Transit's Meadowlands Maintenance Center, for a tour of the facility, and return. Consist of the M&E Railway special train operating on New Jersey Transit was locomotives 488 and 489, private cars ALEXANDER HAMILTON, PINE, ALDER FALLS, EPICURUS, MORRIS COUNTY, MOUNT VERNON and KITCHI GAMMI CLUB.
